I received the PIDN offer, but at the same time getting a PTPTN loan, what do I need to do?

If a student chooses to accept a JPA PIDN offer, the student must terminate the PTPTN loan.

Do students who receive JPA sponsorship will be offered jobs in the public sector automatically after graduation?

No. Students need to apply on their own with the appointing authority for that.

If I reject the offer of the PIDN Scholarship, can I apply for any other sponsorship at JPA?

Yes, students may apply for any other scholarship programs offered by the JPA.

I successfully got the JPA sponsorship, but I don’t have a Bank Islam bank account. Do I need to open my own account or JPA will help to open an account for me to get JPA sponsorship?

A bank account will be open to all successful students and will be coordinated by JPA in collaboration with banks. Students will be informed of their new account numbers.

I hope that this article is useful for all of you. Good luck and all the best.

  1. May i know that is there a possibility that i can cancel my JPA scholarship after i accepted the offer? Because i did applied for another private scholarship and the result is not yet to be released, and i am afraid that i might be rejected,so i wanted to accept JPA scholarship first then after that if i got the private scholarship then i want to cancel my JPA scholarship. Please help.

    1. Hi Bryan! Yes, from our past experience, this is possible. As long as you don’t sign the contract, you most probably won’t run the risk of paying compensation. Please call the JPA hotline: 03-8000 8000 or 03-8885 3603 for more information.
